Below are four ways you can get involved on your own to help break the stigma!

Print and hang up posters!

In the "project" tab, multiple posters are shown, all mental health-centered. By printing out these posters and making positive mental health a priority and common place in daily life, you can help break the stigma! Click the picture to be redirected to our posters.

Check-in on your family and friends

Sometimes people suffering from mental illness have difficulties talking about their emotions and feelings. Ask the people close to you how they are doing and strongly suggest professional health (Calling the suicide hotline at the bottom of posters) if you feel it is needed. Even just the small gesture of asking someone how they are doing can go a long way!
